Situato al primo piano di un palazzo signorile con portierato e telecamere di sorveglianza, l'appartamento si compone di 5 stanze totalmente arredate per rispondere ai bisogni di ognuno, una cucina totalmente attrezzata, ideale per condividere i pasti a fine giornata, due bagni e una veranda adibita a zona lavanderia. Un angolo relax è previsto vicino all'entrata con comodo divano e televisione. Il prezzo comprende: internet WiFi; un’ora di pulizie a settimana delle aree comuni; tassa smaltimento rifiuti; canone RAI. CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO: 1) Affitto mensile: a seconda della camera prescelta (che include Internet WiFi, spese condominiali* e riscaldamento); deve essere dato entro il 5 di ogni mese. 2) Cauzione: € 500,00 (che verrà rimborsato) una sola volta. 3) Costo amministrativo: a partire da € 300,00 una sola volta; include: -Tassa di registrazione del contratto italiano presso l’Agenzia delle entrate per convalidarlo per legge (a partire da 65,50 euro); -Documentazione necessaria per convalidare il contratto; -Pulizia settimanale nelle aree comuni; -Tassa di smaltimento rifiuti; -Canone RAI; -Pulizia finale della stanza; -Assistenza e manutenzione ordinaria. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. It is the ideal place to share meals at the end of the day and share memories or stories of the day, two bathrooms and a veranda with a corner to use as laundry area. A relaxing corner has been created near the entrance and is composed of comfortable sofa and television. The price includes: internet wifi; one hour per week of cleaning of the common areas; waste disposal fee. RENTAL CONDITIONS: 1) Monthly rent: Depending on the room chosen (which includes internet WiFi, condominium fee* and heating); must be given by the 5th of the every month. 2) Security deposit: € 500,00 (which will be refunded) only one time. 3) Administrative Cost: starting from € 300,00 only one time; it includes: -Italian contract registration fee at the "Revenue Agency" to validate it by law (starting from 65.50 euros); -Documentation necessary to validate the contract (like OFFICIAL FISCAL CODE); -Weekly cleaning in common areas; -Waste disposal fee; -Italian TV rate; -Final cleaning of the room; -Routine maintenance and assistance.
