The flat is composed of entrance, comfortable livingroom and eat-in fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, own, vacuum cleaner and microwave), two bedrooms (double bed and single) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Internet Wi-Fi unlimited. The garage is included. Very close to underground Marche. Free from 15th july. The monthly rent is 350 €. Gas and electricty are not included in the monthly price. The underground Marche is just in front of the building. The contract is registered to Agenzia delle Entrate, so we need of your passport copy, address of residence and Italian Codice Fiscale (compulsory to sign the contract). Erasmus students are welcome!
